Pat's Top 10 NBA Picks 2010/2011

Boston CelticsWith a starting line up of 5 potential NBA future Hall Of Famer's, there's no stopping the Celtics this season. The addition of Shaq and Jermaine O'Neal at center will drive teams crazy through out the season, and don't forget about Kendrick Perkins when he comes back. Their bench is among the best in the league, and this team's experience will be too much for teams to handle. Here comes Banner #18!
Los Angeles Lakers I still think the defending champs will be a strong team this season. I have them losing in the Western finals, but they still will be good and I think they will lead the west in wins if Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol. Lamar Odom, and Derek Fisher stay healthy.
Dallas MavericksThe Mavericks will surprise a lot of people this year. Despite many post season struggles, I think this is their year and I have them losing in the finals against the Celtics. Dirk Nowitzki, Jason Kidd, and newly acquired Tyson Chandler can get it done.
Miami HeatWith Miami's new Big 3, there's no doubt they will put on a show, but the concern is how will they manage all that talent, and what about the lack of size for the other positions? I think the Heat will start out slow, as it will take some time for this team to play well together. but by the end of the season they should one of the best teams in the east. They should be a fun team to watch.
Chicago BullsThe Bulls have one of the best guards in the league with Derrick Rose. Also with Boozer, Noah, Brewer, and Korver, this team should go far. They will be another entertaining team to watch this season.
Oklahoma City ThunderHere's another surprising team. The Thunder keep on getting better. They are a young, fast team, led by phenom Kevin Durant. Guard Russell Westbrook is a perfect compliment to Durant. They should upset a lot of teams this year.
Utah JazzThe Jazz have one of the best point guards in the game today with Deron Williams. Carlos Boozer may be gone, but the addition of Raja Bell and Al Jefferson should make up for the loss.
Orlando MagicSince all eyes will be on the Miami Heat, it is easy to forget about the other team in Florida. The Magic have Superman and Vince Carter, and the experience, as they were in the finals a few years ago. So don't count them out.
San Antonio SpursThe Spurs are getting old with Duncan, Ginobili, and Parker, but they still have enough weapons to battle with the Mavericks and Lakers. It's a good thing they have Richard Jefferson.
Houston RocketsYao Ming is healthy and back this season. Brad Miller is a good addition, and they have some impressive rookies. They should make a good run if others step up too.
